Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Book Radar, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns. This refund policy is governed by Paddle's terms and conditions.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless the exception below applies.
- The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of purchase
- To cancel, you must inform Paddle of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period
- Exception: your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire, and to products which you have had the benefit of

Beyond the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record:
- Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis
- Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact Paddle directly at https://www.paddle.com/help
- Or send an email to contact@book-radar.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and order number
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.
